Banner made from silk paintings inspired by Pictish carvings at Portmahomack These silk paintings were created after children and adults spent time drawing details of fragments of sculpture displayed at Tarbat Discovery Centre in Portmahomack, the site of the first Pictish monastry.

The image on the left is of the completed banner and below you can look at the individual paintings it is made up of. They include Pictish beasts, disciples and spirals.
